Add widgets to a mode or the desktop

Pick from 30 widgets, give each mode its own set, put them on the desktop, and add keys for GitHub, revenue, Vercel, Linear and Sentry.

Updated

Add a widget

  1. Open Settings › Widgets.
  2. Pick a size.
  3. Add it to the current mode’s dock, or to the desktop with + Desktop.

Each mode keeps its own widgets, and a widget only works while its mode is showing.

Widgets that need a key or permission

Widget What it needs
Next Event Calendars permission
Reminders Reminders permission
Word Count Accessibility
GitHub, Vercel, Linear, Sentry A key in Settings › Timer & Accounts
Revenue A key for Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle or Dodo Payments

Keys are stored in your Mac’s Keychain, never in plain files.

Desktop widgets

Desktop widgets sit bigger, in a top corner of the main display, and swap with the mode. With two or more displays you can pick another one in Settings › Appearance, or drag them anywhere.
