Within 7 days of your purchase, email [email protected] from the address you bought with, with the order or receipt number from Dodo Payments’ email. You don’t need to give a reason, though we’d love to know. Please don’t send your card number or licence key. The refund is made by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, to the original payment method.
What happens next.
A refund deactivates the licence key. HeyDock checks the key with Dodo at launch and every few days; on the next check that finds it no longer valid, HeyDock stops on that Mac. Your modes and settings stay as they are, in case you come back.
Before you delete HeyDock.
Quit HeyDock first so the macOS Dock comes back if HeyDock was replacing it. Uninstall HeyDock completely lists what else it leaves. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have by law.
