Turn the dock into a focus tool.
Start Focus from the moon in the dock, the menu bar or ⌥F — for 25 minutes, an hour, or until you stop. Time left shows in the dock.
During Focus the gate asks before you drift and modes with a wait make you wait. Off Focus, HeyDock just follows your mode.
Focus glow lights the dock in your mode’s colour from three minutes in, fully at fifty. Something from another mode in front dims it at once.
Today’s Focus widget shows time in each mode today, budgets left, and drifts stopped. Focus Garden grows a plant with your focus time.

- Change the shortcut in Settings › General › Shortcuts.

Questions.
Is this the same as macOS Focus?
No. macOS Focus filters notifications by app. HeyDock’s Focus turns on its gate and waits for your current mode.
